Got A Project To Finish!

Phase one is done at least.

The picture doesn't really show the colors but this will be a purse like the one in the next two pictures. I made it in a class at the LQS and showed it to my mom. She really liked it so I promised her one for her birthday in June. I sent her to the LQS to pick out the material so it's exactly what she wants. Just hope I can remember all the directions!

The Good Old Days

They were better than I thought!

I thought...can't wait till they get older...

and can eat by themselves...

and can go out and play with out me worrying...

too much...

and DRIVE?! No, I never wanted them driving!

But this boy, my baby, is looking for his very first vehicle(a pickup of course!)

He'll be driving in June. I have every confidence in his ability

since he's been driving equipment for quite a while now.

But I do miss the Good Old Days!

Pioneer Woman posted about her creek(crick) rising with all the rain so I thought I'd post a couple of scrapbook pages I made when ours did, back in '04. Three of my boys decided to have a little fun!

Got Mulch?

Well, we do! This is my boy Jake grinding bark into double and triple ground mulch.



Most of it gets trucked to local greenhouses to be sold by the cubic yard.


Do you think we have enough?!

Now if it would only get warm and stay warm enough to actually use it!
